“I genuinely want to make pretty, drinkable wines that represent California. I’m not dogmatic but I do think I’m a student of the wine industry…I’m decidedly not cool anymore but I like being helpful to those who are.”
Founded by Micael Cruse, Ultramarine is a highly sought-after sparkling wine label from California. Each bottle is made in the traditional method and crafted from a single vineyard and single vintage to capture the true flavor of coastal California. He also creates wines under Cruse Wine Co., but Ultramarine reflects his most detailed sparkling work.
